Developmental Skill Locomotor: The ability to move from one point to another using any basic movement or combination of movements in a smooth, fluid manner without breaking the pattern of movement.
Indications of Developmental Lags Cannot use information; lacks common sense; causes breaks in thinking; makes poor decisions and judgments.
Indication of Classroom Developmental Lags "Ping-pong" grades from subject to subject or grading period to grading period; synthesis; grades are good on memory work; cannot apply information.
Activities for Developmental Growth Skipping; galloping; jogging; dancing; creative movement; imitating animal movements; marching.
